Majority of properties have hidden defects that could become costly due to structural or damp problems. A RICS home survey can locate these defects and provide an assessment to help understand any concerns you may have when buying a property.

Our reports are carried out by an experienced qualified RICS surveyor and will answer any queries you may have before, during or after the survey inspection.
